Could likely, but remember: If it's cold plastic becomes brittle. Be for light snow (dust) and the substance of good is not difficult.

Anythings possible. I think it is a strip of metal screwed into the underside of the same plow. Otherwise, if the plow assembly is plastic, plastic and asphalt do not mix.
