Can anyone confirm this story regarding a NYS Estate court law change? - nys law on lasers
He said that it prohibits from north of New York lawyers representing both a real estate and the executor or administrator of the estate (for obvious reasons of conflict of interest)
But if a highly connected lawyer (NY City?) Got caught out that they changed the law itself.
Everyone who listen all the details (what law / rule, when it changed ...).
A person who is supposed to represent the interests of a farm even use your own attorney to represent them both, and she and the goods?
